Art and Anthropology – Talk

I am excited to announce that Dr Elizabeth Hodson will be coming to Stroud Valleys Artspace on Sunday 14th May, 2pm, to present her research into anthropology and art. Dr Hodson has been working with the5 year, Aberdeen based ‘Knowing from the Inside’ research project held by Tim Ingold. Her forthcoming book (published in May) focuses especially on Icelandic and Scottish artists, and also includes my own work. In this informal talk within my own studio, she will discuss her involvement with the KFI project, her own practice as an artist and drawing in particular. flyer hodson 1
